GSM Industrial acquires Light’s Welding

GSM Industrial, a third-generation provider of custom metal fabrication, industrial mechanical services, and field installations in Lancaster, Pa., has announced the acquisition of Light’s Welding.

Based in Annville, Pa., Light’s Welding is a family-owned business specializing in welding and repair services for the agricultural sector.

Both companies continue to operate as usual.
